Volunteer information: Join us for meaningful volunteer opportunities in a diverse learning community. Choose from a range of volunteer opportunities: one-day team events; computer lab support; or a weekly commitment as a classroom tutor. Computer lab volunteers participate in a one-hour orientation, and then choose a volunteer schedule that works best for them. Classroom tutors commit to weekly engagement with students. You do not need to be a teacher or speak another language! Our tutor training series will teach you how to develop student-centered lesson plans, locate educational resources, and feel confident in the classroom.
